1. Please do the hotel reservation as soon as possible by filling the Hotel Reservation Form [English] [中文版].2. Please send your reservation form to Xun Zhou(zhouxuntthappy@163.com). Once you get a confirmation email from Xun Zhou, then your reservation is complete.
3. Once you have made the hotel reservation, we may not be able to accept any change for another type of hotel reservation.
4. If you do not make hotel reservation before XXX, 2012, you may not be able to use the special rate for the conference when you arrive at the hotel. In the worst case, you cannot live in the conference hotel if already fully booked.
